| Work in sub-groups and presentations from the trainer. Interactive plenary sessions. Each presentation is filmed and feedback is given by the group, the trainer and the presenter. A feedback grid, suggesting improvements which could be made, is filled in by each participant and handed to the presenter for future reference.A file of the contents is given to each participant. |

| Creating a positive state• Creating a positive state will help you to get the right level of adrenalin flowing to enable you to perform well. Different methods for creating this state.Importance of the non-verbal message• Words are only a part of the communication, a large part of your impact comes from the non-verbal side. How to create coherence between the verbal and non-verbal message.Exercises to optimise:• Voice and its various parameters: intonation, articulation, volume, speed, rhythm, pause, breathing,• Use of the body: using gestures coherently, optimising eye contact, creating a presence.Importance of the first three minutes • Create a positive first impression, give yourself credibility, clarify your objective and present your message.
